My client is looking for an experienced Broker with an Investment Real-Estate background. They are a well-established and respected brokerage holding large local market share and holds a strong national presence. They have a strong team culture with an emphasis on taking care of their people! The successful candidate for this Investment Broker position will be positioned to continue to build their existing network of business as well as further developing business with Retail Real-Estate leads provided by my client.

Qualifications of Retail Brokerage Sales

  • Established track record of successful sales/brokerage production with active network of clients
  • This position requires a desire for success, strong work ethic and aspirations for career development in real estate, and the aptitude to handle complex transactions
  • A successful candidate must be articulate; detail-oriented and can directly interface with key client representatives
  • Must be well-spoken and possess strong presentation and effective business-writing skills
  • Able to multi-task, work successfully within set time frames and effectively manage time and workload
  • Impeccable organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to show historical gross commission and revenue

Responsibilities of Investment Broker Salesperson

  • Will communicate with team, involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development
  • Initiate new business relationships and taking initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.)
  • Work with brokerage team on new business proposals, prepare available property summary books and create new business presentations
  • Transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation
  • Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models

Requirements & Experience in Retail Brokerage Sales

  • 5 – 10+ years of experience in Investment real-estate transactions
  • Licensed
  • Larger Metro Area
